Where We Ship From & When
We pack and ship all orders from our office in Wake Forest, NC, during our regular business hours: Tuesday – Friday. If your order comes in over the weekend (Saturday – Monday), don’t worry—it will be shipped out first thing on Tuesday when we’re back in the office.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We offer free 2-day shipping on orders over $50 (unless stated otherwise in the item description). Orders under $50 will have standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.
If We’re Traveling for a Speaking Event
Our team is sometimes on the road for speaking engagements, but we’ll ship your order as soon as we return to the office. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep shipping delays to a minimum!

- We currently ship within the U.S. only.
- If you need an order rushed, send us a message, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
- Double-check your shipping address before placing your order—we want to make sure your package finds its way to you without any hiccups.
