THE BIBLE
The Bible is God’s Word. It is the only written revelation from God to us and our true source for Christian belief and living. It was written by human authors, supernaturally inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is the truth without any error.
2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:20, 21; Psalm 19:7-13; Psalm 119; Matthew 24:35; Matthew 5:18; John 17:17

GOD
God is the Creator of the universe and its Ruler. He has eternally existed in three distinct and co-equal personalities: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. He is all-knowing, all-powerful, and present everywhere at all times. He is holy, just, and righteous. He is merciful, good, and kind. He is love. He is a Father to all who trust in His Son, Jesus Christ.
Genesis 1:1; Matthew 28:19; Psalm 139:1-12; Isaiah 6:1-7; Psalm 136; I John 4:8, 16; Romans 8:14-16

JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is co-equal with The Father and The Spirit. He is the Son of God. He has eternally existed. He was born to a virgin and lived a sinless life. He died on the cross for the sins of the world and was raised three days later to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven and will return to earth to rule as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Colossians 1:15-20, 2:9; John 1:1-5; Matthew 1:22, 23; Isaiah 9:6; Hebrews 1:1-3, 2:18, 4:14,15; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Corinthians 15:3,4; Acts 1:9-11; Revelation 17:14, 19:11-16

THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with The Father and The Son. He is present in the world to convince men of their need for Jesus Christ. He lives in all Christians from the moment of salvation. He brings power for living and witnessing, spiritual understanding and guidance. He gives spiritual gift(s) to every believer at salvation. We seek to live under His daily control.
John 14:16, 17; Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 2:12; John 16:7-13; Acts 1:8; Ephesians 1:13, 14; Ephesians 5:18; Galatians 5:22-25

MAN
Human beings are made in God’s spiritual image. People are the crown of His creation, created to know, love, and be like Him in character. However, sin entered the human race through Adam. Sin corrupts us all and leads us into sinful acts. Sin separates us from God and eternal, abundant life.
Genesis 1:27; Psalms 8:3-6; Isaiah 53:6; Romans 3:23

SALVATION
Salvation is by God’s grace, accepted by faith alone. By trusting Christ as our sin-bearer, we are saved as we turn from sin to Him. Our salvation is secure forever. Salvation is given by the grace of God and cannot be taken away. Our continued salvation does not depend on our self-effort. We are made new and declared righteous in God’s sight.
Ephesians 2:8, 9; Romans 6:23; John 14:6; Romans 5:1, 8:1, 38, 39; Titus 3:5; John 3:16; Ephesians 1:13

BAPTISM
Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Baptism is not a completion of Salvation but is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer’s faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior, Jesus Christ. Baptism symbolizes the believer’s death to sin, the burial of the old life, and the resurrection to walk in newness of life. It is a testimony to his/her faith in the final resurrection of the dead. It is a church ordinance, and therefore a prerequisite to the privileges of church membership and to the Lord’s Supper.
Matthew 28:20, Colossians 2:12, Romans 6:4

CHRISTIAN GROWTH
Christian maturity comes as we grow more like Christ in character and behavior. This process takes time, prayer, the Bible, relationships to others, a variety of life experiences and an attitude of submission to God’s perfect plan. We do not grow to stay saved. We grow because we are saved.
2 Peter 3:18; Romans 8:28, 29; 1 Peter 2:2-3; Hebrews 10:24, 25; Romans 12:1, 2

ETERNITY
Jesus Christ will bodily return to earth and set up His Kingdom. All of the dead will be raised. Everyone who has ever lived will stand before a judgment. Only those who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior while living will enter this Kingdom. We will live eternally with God in heaven. Those who rejected God’s free offer of salvation in Jesus Christ will be separated from God forever in hell.
John 3:16; John 5:24; Romans 6:23; Romans 8:1; Acts 1:9-11; Revelation 20-22
